About Stephen Carlisle Art LLC

Welcome to Stephen Carlisle Art, where fine art meets a legacy of professional dedication.

For over thirty years, I have practiced as a fine artist specializing in the deeply textured, vibrant medium of oil pastel on canvas. My work is an expressive, visual celebration of natural movement, light, and the human spiri, capturing the grand rhythms of landscapes and the striking depth of portraiture.

Prior to dedicating myself full-time to the studio, I spent 40 years as a high-level national project manager and public servant within the United States Department of Justice and the Department of the Interior. This unique dual background means that every piece leaving my studio is handled with the absolute highest standard of professional care, rigorous quality control, and executive accountability.

Through our premier, centralized production partnership with Assist Art Services in Colorado, we offer collectors, curators, and corporate partners hand-signed, limited-edition masterworks printed on archival Hahnemühle cotton rag paper. Thank you for bringing my vision into your spaces and collections.
